In addi­tion to roll cov­er­ing, we can fab­ri­cate and man­u­fac­ture new roller cores and stubs to your spec­i­fi­ca­tion, using indus­try stan­dard meth­ods. All rolls are cer­tifi­cated with respect to metal analy­sis, build tol­er­ances, stress reliev­ing and final bal­anc­ing.

Along­side this, we offer com­plete roller repairs and main­te­nance rebuilds.

As part of our stan­dard pro­duc­tion rou­tine we apply crack test­ing to roller stub shafts, welded joins and cores.
This process ranges from sim­ple dye pen­e­tra­tive test­ing to mag­netic par­ti­cle, ultra sonic and xray.

All rollers are checked for bal­ance, and if required, we can facil­i­tate both sta­tic and dynamic processes to any specification.

We offer both grind­ing and pol­ish­ing ser­vices to either spec­i­fied fin­ishes and spec­i­fi­ca­tion. Ra measurements.
