Complete Roller Fabrication and Manufacture
In addition to roll covering, we can fabricate and manufacture new roller cores and stubs to your specification, using industry standard methods. All rolls are certificated with respect to metal analysis, build tolerances, stress relieving and final balancing.
Alongside this, we offer complete roller repairs and maintenance rebuilds.
Roller Crack Testing
As part of our standard production routine we apply crack testing to roller stub shafts, welded joins and cores.
This process ranges from simple dye penetrative testing to magnetic particle, ultra sonic and xray.
Roller Bearing Journal Repairs
All rolls are checked for bearing journal tolerances and condition. We offer a complete range of bearing journal rebuilds and repairs.
Roller Balancing
All rollers are checked for balance, and if required, we can facilitate both static and dynamic processes to any specification.
Roller Grinding and Polishing
We offer both grinding and polishing services to either specified finishes and specification. Ra measurements.
